Candidate for deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Supreme Assembly from the People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Shakhista Turgunova met with voters at the multidisciplinary central polyclinic of the Pop district.

At the event, the candidate spoke about the practical work carried out in connection with the implementation of the previous party program and the priorities of the newly adopted election program, their role in society and people's lives.

It was noted that one of the main ideas of the party is social protection, which protects the interests of the temporarily unemployed and those in need of social protection. The fact that this issue is given special attention in the party's election program, in the ideas and goals put forward by the candidates, also indicates that the program was developed based on the interests of voters.

The program highlights the issues of the party's promotion of personal initiatives and the persistence of the working population. According to the candidate, it is necessary to protect citizens from unemployment, organize professional training and retraining. At the same time, the priorities of the program include proposals to expand the scope of activities of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities and the list of types of activities that are considered self-employed. Shakhista Turgunova particularly touched on these aspects during a meeting with representatives of the population. In an open and sincere dialogue, voters addressed the candidate for deputy with questions of interest to them.
