2003-2006 – Leading Consultant of the group for the implementation of the National Program for Development of Education and Personnel Training of the Service of the State Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Science, Education, Health and Sports.

2006-2011 – Director of Tashkent Finance and Economics College.

2011-2013 – Rector of Tashkent State Pedagogical University

2013-2018 – Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan

2018-2019 – Rector of Namangan State University
